This all women’s “reboot retreat” is a chance to step away from everyday life and routines and re-focus, re-energize, and rejuvenate. Our retreat leaders have created a schedule of interactive classes, connecting mind to body in very nourishing ways. They will discuss the health benefits behind each practice and send you back home with new healthy habits. This retreat is electronics free to practice becoming present within yourself and the company surrounding you. Our retreat leaders will be offering Pilates, Qi Gong, Nutrition classes and group meditation circles.
Jenny White runs a business as a Health Consultant in Santa Cruz, California. She has been a Personal Trainer in the community for 10 years and specializes in therapeutic exercise and functional fitness. Jenny is a Nutrition Coach under Precision Nutrition and educates her clients on how to achieve their optimal health from the inside out. Along with working one on one with her clients, she enjoys speaking to groups within small businesses and private homes. Jenny is most passionate in her Pilates instruction and own practice. She has been studying and teaching Balanced Body Pilates repertoire for the last two years.
