RAINFOREST CONSERVATION
As a non-profit 501c3, we steward 7500 acres of primary rainforest. You and your people will become part of our family of rainforest guardians, conserving and regenerating one of the planet's most biodiverse areas.

Our 4-acre riverfront property creates nourishing energy, with the ever-present roar of the Rio Naranjo naturally vibrating stored stresses away just 8 miles from the world famous Manuel Antonio Beach.

Your retreat will grant you full and exclusive access to Posada Natura, and all of its grounds. For the duration of your time with us, your people will feel at home in our expansive, but intimate rainforest sanctuary.
BACKEND MANAGEMENT
Our incredible management staff is organized, attentive and people forward. They ensure all meals, accommodations, cleaning, space set ups, excursions, extra-curricular activities and travel are organized to perfection.
HOLISTIC OFFERINGS
If desired, we will organize traditional sweat lodge, bodywork, meditation, yoga, cacao ceremony, sound healing & spiritual workshops for you retreat.
PRIVATE RAINFOREST EXCURSIONS
Excursions available into our protected rainforest on foot or by horseback to multiple swimming holes or to our 200-foot waterfall. River raft on our river, or travel to the nearby Manuel Antonio Beach.
FACILITIES
Posada Natura healing center is situated alongside an enchanting river and surrounded by primary rainforest of Costa Rica. Our spacious, open-air retreat center is an experience of jungle luxury. Expansive gathering spaces, temple and practice spaces, lounge and dining areas are woven into lush tropical gardens along our river. Each group is given exclusive use of wellness center and provided with appropriate set-ups for their purpose.

CONSCIOUS COOKING
Part of healing is how we feed our bodies. At our retreat center, we source all of our produce from local, organic farms to create fresh, plant-based meals for every event. We serve 3 nutritious, wholesome meals per day. Depending on the season in Costa Rica, our kitchen may be stocked with fruits, herbs and roots from our garden. Handmade tortillas, fresh home-made coconut milk, eggs from our chickens, food full of wholesome flavor - our cooking is an unforgettable experience of health.
ACCOMMODATIONS
Our retreat center accommodations are crafted to harmonize with our land and create a deeper experience of immersion into nature as an event venue. Built with stone, wood, and bamboo from our own land in Costa Rica, their design achieves the balance of rustic luxury, creating an ideal healing center.
Options of private, or shared spaces are available for a maximum on-site sleeping capacity of 30 people and an off-site sleeping capacity of an additional 15 people.

CABAÑAS
Our two-story, riverside cabanas each have three distinct sleeping areas, which can be shared or private. Each cabana has the same layout.

Our bamboo octagon bungalow is a private suite containing a queen bed, single bed and private bathroom.

Three private suites are available off-site at our neighboring center. Each has a queen bed, a single bed, a private bathroom, and kitchenette.

Also at our neighboring center is a private 2 bedroom house. Each bedroom contains a queen bed, single bed, and private bathroom. The house shares a kitchen, living room and half-bathroom.

1. Exploring
We begin with a complimentary 30-minute phone call, to listen to and learn about each other, as a first step in forming a Partnership For Plenty.
2. Engaging
Once our Partnership For Plenty is formalized, we work with you to plan, promote & fill your ideal retreat. Just 12 people paying $2k means $10k to you.
3. Retreating
From the moment your first guest arrives, our on-site team welcomes, accommodates and supports all of your people as a part of our family.
4. Recapping
Post-retreat, we work with you to incorporate all learnings, so your next retreat can be even more powerful than the last.

Posada Natura is operated by Eco Era, a U.S.-based non-profit (501c3). Established to protect & steward 7,500 acres of primary rainforest, adjacent to the retreat center, Eco Era and Posada Natura together provide opportunities for humans to heal through reconnection with nature.
Located in the Cero Nara region of Costa Rica, one of the most biodiverse areas on Earth, our bit of rainforest is part of a corridor that stretches unbroken from the Pacific Ocean to the Caribbean Sea.
